Bible verse about studying hard & preparing for exam success NIV

Let’s be frank; this is not your first exam.

And somehow, you’ve recorded academic successes in the past to get here.

So, why panic?

Oh, I get; It’s a new one, and as usual, you are worried.

You are finding it hard to keep up with the stress.

And you can’t stay awake at night to study.

And despite all your efforts, it seems you forget all you’ve read in a short time.

Still, there is no reason for anxiety.

Paul said, Do not be anxious about anything.”

There is nothing that should make you fear as a Christian. When you worry, your faith disappears.

Are you preparing for college exams? Do you feel sleepy each time you wake up to read? Are you bothered about forgetting all you’ve read?

Don’t panic; Instead, Have faith in Christ (this post will help)

I have compiled inspiring bible verses about preparing for exams.

What does the bible say about studying hard?

What does the bible say about studying hard

When we are faced with challenges, we must put on the tools every Christian needs during battles. Perseverance.

I remember my days in medical school. It was so difficult because there was no breathing space. There was so much to study in a very short time.

Nevertheless, Each time you feel defeated, you must refuse to accept those words. The devil wants you to fail. He wants you to accept you cannot study to pass your exams. He wants you to get discouraged, involve in malpractice, and fail your exams.

So, when you are in that mood, take your bible and read through the story of the widow in the book of Luke.

In those days, Jesus spoke with parables. He told a parable of a widow who begged her king for justice for those that have wronged her.

The King had no fear for God or man. He respected no one. Yet, due to her persistence, The King had no other choice but to intervene.

The king said;

yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’

This is how we must act during exams. When you feel you can’t remember anything; Read and pray. When you think there is too much to read in a short time, don’t give up. You must continue to study.

In the end, the woman got Justice. So, therefore, if you persevere, you will be successful by God’s grace.

29 powerful Bible verses about worry

10 Bible verses about studying hard In school for exam success

Bible verse about studying hard In school for exam success

I have put together ten inspiring bible verses to encourage you when preparing for exams. Read, get inspired, and be blessed.

1.  Matthew 6:33-34

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own

We are always concerned about what tomorrow brings. During exams, we are scared of what results we will make. When you are worried, don’t forget you already have Christ.

Christ is an exalted king in heaven. After his death, he sits on the right hand of God. With Christ, all prayers are answered. Through Christ, we can be saved if we believe.

When you are writing exams, do not forget the essential message of Christ –That there is a kingdom that exists after we die. In that kingdom, there is no suffering but peace and joy.

Christ is saying, if we continue to live the way he lived on earth, all things will be given to us.

All things mean anything we ask and desire. If you continue in the ways of God, yes, he will be with you when writing your exams. He will help you remember all you read. He will be there to make you pass your exams in flying colors.

Therefore, believe that God will make you satisfied because he never fails.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.

Matthew 6:33-34

Let me share an experience with you

In my second year in medical school, I had a friend that was not that brilliant in class.

But, he was so prayerful.

So, during our anatomy first semester exams, he had little time to prepare.

He just prayed, then started reading. He kept studying “the axilla’ over and over again.

Surprisingly, on the day of our exams, ninety percent of the questions were on “the axilla.”

Funny right? He passed the test, but that is how God works.

2.  Isaiah 40:28-29

Do you not know?Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak

This is one of my favorite bible verses. God is all-powerful. In fact, there is nothing impossible with God. When you feel that there is no hope left in your exams, remember the words of God to Abraham

Is any thing too hard for the LordGenesis 18:14

Are you tired of studying and don’t know how to inspire yourself? Are you worried you could fail because there is little time left?

The prophet Isaiah is saying that you need to pray to God. God makes the weak strong again. He gives strength to the powerless. He strengthens the mind of the defenseless.

There is no hopelessness in Christ. There is also no failure in Christ. When your heart tells you, “there is no hope,” it is not Christ but the devil speaking. Pick yourself up, shame the devil, and start studying hard again.

3.  Psalm 118:6-9

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? The Lord is on my side as my helper; I shall look in triumph on those who hate me. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.

This is yet another inspiring bible verse to boost your morale while preparing for your exams. Think about the power of God. He created the world, not through difficulties or stress. He just said the words, and that is.

He said, let there be light, and there was light. It is that easy for him when you are on his side. If you are on the side of God, why are you afraid? Why do you feel he will abandon you?

God will never punish the faithful. He will never let you be disappointed. So, why fear?

Therefore, do not be discouraged. Do not be afraid, no matter what. Believe that God will be there to inspire you. Trust in him, and he will act.

If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

4.  Philippians 3:13-14

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

This is another Bible verse you need when you feel there is no hope.

Have you failed a course before, and you are scared of writing the exam again? Have you failed in the past, and you have no confidence in your next exam?

This admonition of Paul is there to inspire you. Remember, Paul was a Pharisee. He harassed the children of God after the death of Christ. Yet, he was called by Jesus.

Paul is saying these words to encourage us. He is reminding us that we should be more concerned about the future than our past.

Therefore, whatever has happened in the past does not count anymore. If you’ve failed a course twice or three times, it no longer counts. What counts is your next move.

Are you ready to forget the past and prepare like never before for your next exams? If you are, then surely success is on the way.

5.  Psalm 4:8

In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety

Sleepiness during exams is always a problem. Due to the stress of studying throughout the day, you find it hard to wake up from your sleep. At times, you need the alarm to wake you up. But if you are so tired, you may sleep off.

When you feel worried about always sleeping at night, remember that God controls the night too. When you sleep, he is there to protect us. When you are awake, he makes you dwell in safety.

Pray to God to wake you up at night. Remember that he protects you at night. That means he is never too far away from you. You can pray thus.

Lord, I thank you for all you have done in my life. I thank you for the care and life you’ve given me. I know you are always protecting me when I sleep. My lord, I need your grace to overcome sleepiness at night. I need you to wake me up through you angel. Thank you for answering me again.
